I would like to invite you to participate in a workshop 'Introduction to sales'

This workshop will help you to:

•explain the different stages of sales process
•effectively use different types of questions to follow the sales process
•employ skills to actively listen to clients
•prepare for the sales calls and set sales calls objectives
•open, structure, close the call with action
•use the best words, tone and positive language on the call

Workshop’s program includes three parts:

1)The Basis of Sales
2)Preparing for Sales Calls
3)Conducting Sales Calls
